FMGE December 2024 session result declared. Direct link to check
The exam conducting body, National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has declared the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) results for the December 2024 sessions on the official website. Applicants who have appeared for the examinations can check the result online on the result portal. The FMGE scorecard can be downloaded from January 27 onwards from the official website,i.e.,natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in.
Applicants will able to check and download their result by entering their login credentials like application number and date of birth. This year, the exam was conducted on January 12.
IMPORTANT DETAILS REGARDING RESULT
The licensure examination allows foreign medical graduates to get eligibility for practising medicine in India. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences has stated that all questions were reviewed rigorously by experts in the relevant fields to ensure technical accuracy.
However, the NBEMS, in its notification, admitted that one question was considered ‘technically incorrect’ by the subject expert panel. Accordingly, the Board has decided to award full marks for this question to all candidates, irrespective of whether they have attempted it or not.

The Board has also mentioned that any candidate who is later found ineligible will have their application cancelled.
The results of seven candidates have also been withheld, pending review by the NBEMS Examination Ethics Committee, for matters involving unfair practices, legal disputes, or the need for security clearance from the MHA.
