Airport Authority Recruitment 2024: Apply for Junior Assistant posts
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has begun the recruitment process for Junior Assistants (Fire Services) to fill 89 vacancies across the country. Interested candidates can submit their applications online through the official website, www.aai.aero, with the deadline for completing both Step I and Step II of registration being January 28, 2025. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet one of the following educational qualifications:

Passed Class 10 along with a three-year regular diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Fire disciplines.

Completed Class 12 through regular studies.
SALARY DETAILS
Selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of Rs 31,000 to Rs 92,000.
SELECTION PROCESS
The recruitment process involves multiple stages:

Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Duration: 2 hours

Minimum qualifying marks

50 out of 100 for UR, EWS, and OBC candidates

40 out of 100 for SC/ST candidates.
DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will undergo document verification and a medical examination, including a Physical Measurement Test.
DRIVING TEST
Candidates must possess a valid driving licence for Light, Medium, or Heavy Motor Vehicles.
PHYSICAL ENDURANCE TEST
The PET involves five endurance activities, and candidates must achieve a minimum score of 60 marks to qualify.
FINAL SELECTION
The final merit list will be prepared based solely on the marks scored in the CBT.
