Federal workers are criticizing layoffs by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency. 80 percent of the federal workforce is outside of Washington. Meanwhile, Musk is defending his directive for government workers to list their accomplishments, saying that’s what is required by private companies. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports.
