Texas now has 146 reported cases of measles statewide. Officials in San Antonio warn hundreds, if not thousands of people may have been exposed to a single infected patient. Doctors say the best protection against infection is vaccination. NBC News’ Sam Brock reports the CDC has issued its first advisory since the outbreak began in early February.
