Officials say the suspect behind the deaths of multiple people in a car-ramming attack on a Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany, was identified as a doctor from Saudi Arabia who lived in Germany. NBC News’ Daniele Hamamdjian reports on the investigation into the motive of the attack and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s reaction.
