Ranbir Kapoor forays into business with his new lifestyle brand Arks

Actor Ranbir Kapoor has announced the launch of his own lifestyle brand, ARKS. The store, located at 201 Waterfield Road, Bandra, is set to open on February 15.

ARKS has been in development for a decade and will primarily focus on footwear, offering a selection of high-end shoes. The brand will also include wardrobe essentials such as tailored shirts, white T-shirts, and well-fitted trousers.

Kapoor stated that his cinematic journey and the evolving fashion landscape have influenced the brand’s aesthetic, which aims to blend sophistication with a relaxed style. He emphasised that Mumbai, his home city, has been a key inspiration:

He said, in a statement, “I’ve traveled to many cities across the world, but nothing quite has the same energy for me as Mumbai. The kind that inspires you to try, fail, and get back up again. You can’t help but keep going. Mumbai is a part of my being, my soul. It’s home. I’ve played cricket in every gully, kicked a football around every corner, and cycled through these streets.”

ARKS marks Kapoor’s formal entry into the fashion and lifestyle industry.
