Syria President Assad, his family arrive in Russia, Moscow gives them asylum: Report

Ousted Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his family have arrived in Russia, following the rebels capturing Damascus. They have been granted asylum by the Russian authorities on “humanitarian grounds”, Russian news agencies reported on Sunday.
