As President Donald Trump is set to meet with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy to broker a deal to end the war overseas and give the United States access to their rare earth minerals, Trump backpedals on his combative comments, including calling Zelenskyy a “dictator.” NBC’s Garrett Haake reports for TODAY.
