President Trump addressed his decision to ask Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., to remain in Congress after he had previously nominated her to be the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. He said that due to the slim margin and the fact she is popular in her district, “we cannot take a chance.”
