Vishwak Sen’s house robbed: Rs 2 lakh cash, gold and diamond jewellery stolen

Telugu actor Vishwak Sen’s house in Film Nagar, Hyderabad, was robbed on March 16. The actor’s father, C Raju aka Karate Raju, filed a complaint about the burglary at the nearby police station. Many reports suggest that a diamond ring, gold jewellery and Rs 2.2 lakh cash were stolen from his house. Vishwak Sen hasn’t issued a public statement yet regarding the burglary.

According to an M9 report, the burglary took place on the third floor, where the actor’s sister Vanmai lives. It is said that the incident occurred around 5:50 am on March 16 when Vishwak Sen wasn’t at home. Vanmai, after waking up, noticed the mess in her room and told her father, who then filed a complaint with the police.

Vishwak Sen’s family informed the police that they were not at home for two days before the incident.

After the complaint was filed, the police officials visited Vishwak Sen’s house to collect fingerprints and other clues. CCTV footage from the nearby cameras was also accessed to nab the robbers.

A few suspects have been detained, and the investigation is progressing at a brisk pace.

On the work front, Vishwak Sen was last seen in Telugu film, Laila, which was called out for its crass and vulgar humour. The actor acknowledged the failure and promised to entertain the audience further.
