Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Sunday that Ukraine is ready to sign a deal to grant the U.S. rights to rare Ukrainian minerals. It comes after he met with European leaders during a high-stakes summit, after the U.K., France and Ukraine agreed to formulate a plan to end the war in Ukraine, after Zelenskyy was involved in an Oval Office argument with President Trump. NBC News’ Vaughn Hillyard reports.
